Zarmen Sp. z o.o. was established under the notarial deed of 26 March 2003. Within only a few years it achieved the leading position among firms involved in maintenance in large industrial plants. It also provides services in comprehensive implementation of projects for machine, mining, power, petroleum and cement industry with great success.
The company’s pride is its seat in the renovated over on hundred year old building located at
· ZRM Chorzów specializes in repair and installation work for heavy industry. It provides repairs and modernizations of main ventilation fan stations of mines and pump stations, air compressor stations and coke oven gas exhaust fans. The work includes vibration and noise diagnosis, inspections and repairs of cooperating control, measuring and electrical equipment. Moreover, we perform repairs and modernizations of shaft and underground facilities and equipment such as main drainage pump stations, cooling equipment of DV and LKM type, anticorrosion protection of hoist towers, repairs of lifting machines and shafts. The separate work group are works for mechanical coal processing plants. They include comprehensive deliveries and installations of processing equipment such as: screens, vibration feeders, routes of belt conveyors, flotation machines, water, sludge and compressed air pipelines etc.
· Branch in Zdzieszowice is involved in performance of repair work and new projects of coke plant facilities and equipment. This plant specializes mainly in making and installation of steel structures, making and installation of industrial equipment and machines, in construction work, installation of wiring system and control, measuring and automation equipment, and also repair services and maintenance.
· Branch in Strzelce Opolskie provides services including repairs of rotating machines, pumps, screw compressors, flow compressors, blowers, gears and fans.
· In branch ZRM Dąbrowa Górnicza the work performed includes diagnosis, overhauls, current, medium and major repairs of metallurgical furnaces, rolling mill equipment and trains.
· Branch in Warsaw makes steel and industrial structures with unit weight of a structure up to 70 tonnes. It carries out overhauls, repairs and installations of energy equipment and modernizes technological equipment. This branch performs also pipelines between facilities: energy, heat and telecommunication ones. The scope of services includes also comprehensive diagnosis of rotating machines.
· The youngest branch of Zarmen is Kuźnia FPA (Forging Shop) being the continuator of the forging shop of Huta Lucchini (steelworks). Owing to modernization of existing and also installation of new equipment, the forging shop took over the full production portfolio of the forged products that were previously manufactured by that steelworks. At the same time it became one of the leading manufacturers in this industry.
